SBI Recruitment 2022 2022: State Bank of Bank (SBI) is hiring eligible candidates for the Defence Banking Advisor (Navy), Advisor (Central Armed Police Force), Circle Advisor-Central Armed Police Forces, Circle Defence Banking Advisor, Research Analyst, Research Analyst-Equity, Research Analyst-Private Equity and Internal Ombudsman posts. There are only 11 vacant seats available. The process of Registration is complete only when the fee is deposited with the Bank through Online mode on or before the last date for payment of the fee. The last date to apply for 13.07.2022.

Rs.20-24 lakh (The fixed and variable components in 80:20). Annual Increment from 5% -10% on the previous year’s CTC based on the performance of the officer. Any other perks-NO.

  1. Internal Ombudsman

Rs. 39.00 lakh per annum (Fixed for all 3 years) payable @1/12th of annual CTC on monthly basis. In case of travel on outstation duty, eligible Travelling, Halting allowance and eligibility for a stay in hotel at par with the Deputy General Managers in TEG Scale-VI of the Bank shall be paid. Apart from the Contract Amount & other details mentioned above, the IO will not be entitled to any other Perquisites / Facilities/benefits etc. from the Bank.

Selection Procedure for SBI Recruitment 2022:
Shortlisting-cum-interaction will be used to make the decision.

Shortlisting: The Bank’s Shortlisting Committee will determine the shortlisting criteria, and after that, an appropriate number of individuals will be shortlisted (based on availability) and contacted for an interview. The Bank’s choice to invite a candidate for an interview shall be final. No correspondence in this regard will be answered.

Interview: The interview is worth 100 points. The Bank will choose the minimum interview score requirements. No correspondence in this regard will be answered. An applicant does not automatically qualify for an interview call by simply meeting the minimum requirements for experience and qualification.

Merit List: Only the scores from the interview will be used to create a descending merit list for selection. If more than one applicant receives the required score (the common score at the cut-off point), those candidates will be ranked in merit according to their age in descending order.
