Provisional Merit List of candidates for admission to (10th based) Paramedical (FMPHW/MMPHW) Courses-2022: Inviting of objections thereof [10B-PM-NN-47 Dt. 30-06-2022]
Note:
1) Those candidates who have failed to submit their deficient category certificate as mentioned against their names in Annexure “A” to Notification No. 045-BOPEE of 2022 dated 14-06- 2022 have been provisionally considered under their respective category with the condition
that they shall have to produce their valid deficient category certificate at the time of
counselling, as & when notified by the Board, failing which they shall be considered under
OM (Open Merit) Category.
2) The objections, if any, against Annexure- “A” in the Provisional Merit List can be submitted
to the Board in person at BOPEE Office Jammu/Srinagar during the working days till 05
thof
July, 2022 upto 04:00 P.M. failing which no claims of the applicants shall be entertained
thereafter, in any circumstances, by the Board.
3) Keeping in view for lesser number of competing candidates for the (10th based) Paramedical
Diploma Courses (FMPHW/MMPHW), the Board has prepared the Provisional Merit List
(PML) of the candidates on the basis of merit/marks scored by these applicants in their
qualifying examination i.e. Matriculation.
4) The applicants having equal marks/ percentage in the qualifying examination, the tie has
been resolved by taking into account their date of birth, followed by the first alphabet of
their name as mentioned in e-information brochure available on BOPEE website.
5) The names of applicants whose result is awaited have been included at the end of the
Provisional Merit List. However, their actual Merit/ Rank shall be reflected in the
Provisional Merit List once their 10th Class marks certificates are issued by their respective
Boards and are received by the J&K BOPEE.
6) The Board has provisionally included the names of those candidates whose D.O.B, Domicile
certificate(s) are pending with the condition that they shall have to produce their D.O.B,
Domicile Certificate(s) issued by Competent Authority during the time of counselling, failing
which they shall not be allowed to participate in the counselling irrespective of their names
included in Provisional Merit List.
7) The Board has provisionally included the names of those candidates who have entered their
marks while filling up of their online application forms but have not uploaded their 10th class
marks card with the condition that they shall have to submit their marks card during the day
of their counselling, failing which they shall not be allowed to participate in the counselling
process. The ranks allotted to such candidates are purely provisional and their ranks may be
changed after verification of their 10th class Marks Card during counselling process.
8) In case no objections are received within the stipulated cutoff date/time, the Provisional
Merit List shall be deemed to be final.
9) It is impressed upon the candidates that the selections for these courses shall be made in
pursuance of S.O. 127 dated 20-04-2020.
10) The candidates must remain in touch with the official website of the Board. i.e.
www.jkbopee.gov.in to remain informed about the counselling schedule which shall be
notified separately.
