ABOUT KASHMIR UNIVERSITY

The University of Jammu and Kashmir was founded in the year 1948. In the year 1969 it was bifurcated into two full-fledged Universities: University of Kashmir at Srinagar and University of Jammu at Jammu. The University of Kashmir is situated at Hazratbal in Srinagar. It is flanked by the world famous Dal Lake on its eastern side and Nigeen Lake on the western side.

Important update regarding Admit cards

1:The class work is deemed to have commenced from 13/06/2022.

2:All examinations for the backlog students from Batch 2016 and onwards shall be conducted according to the latest operational syllabus provided.

3.the title of the course is same. A separate question paper shall be served in case of change of title of any course/paper.

4:The detailed Centre Notice will be issued separately and will be available on the University Website

www.kashmiruniversity.net, www.uok.edu.in.

5:Candidates can download their Roll Number Slips/Admit Cards from the University Website after the centre notice is issued.

6:The candidates must carry valid Identity Cards and Admit Cards with them on each day of examination for verification by the examination staff.
