GOVERNMENT DEGREE COLLEGE PATTAN
All the students of urdu literature of 3rd semester batch 2020 & 2nd semester batch 2021 who have missed the internal examination conducted in previous month are informed through this notice that the re- examination for the same will be conducted as per following students are given one and only one chance to appear in this examination.
There is no option for re-examination 3rd Semester Monday 20-06-2022 11:00AM-12:00 PM 2nd semester Monday 02:00 PM-03:00 PM.
IMTIYAZ MEMORIAL COLLEGE SHOPIAN
It is for the information of geography students of 2nd semester that their Practical examination will be held on 22-06-2022 ( Wednesday) .The Students are directed to bring admit cards,college ID cards & practical file with them. There will be no separate examination,so all students must appear on the Scheduled date & time .The reporting time of the examination is 10:50 am & the venue of examination is Arts Block Room No 01 &02.

ADMISSION NOTICE RELEASED BY GOVERNMENT DEGREE COLLEGE HANDWARA
It is notified for information of all concerned that the Registration forms for admission to the Ist and 2nd semester Under National Education Policy (NEP 2020) for different bachekors programmes shall be available on the University website www.kashmiruniversity.net from 15-06-2022
In this connection the students having passed 12th class examination in various streams and desirous of seeking Admission for BG 1st and 2nd semester in GDC Handwara are directed to submit pre-counselling Admission forms in the Admission cell of the College
The admission to various courses shall be strictly in accordance with the merit at 12th class level and the limited intake capacity of the College
The details and necessary Instructions are given as under :-
1 The candidates who have passed their 10+2 class examination in full having secured not less than 45% of marks in aggregate in case of Open Merit and 40% marks in aggregate in case of Reserved Categories shall not be eligible for Admission ,and hence shall not submit pre- counselling forms
2 The students shall be required to fill in the Google Form using the URL https//forms.gle/ukKCaszYcbjen8c16 and submit the hard copy of the response sheet of the form in the Admission Cell by 21-06-2022 against the acknowledgment receipt
3 For Admission reservation policy shall be implemented as per S.R.O 127 dated 20-04-2020 read with S.R.O 249 dated 03-07-2021 . Selection of the candidates from the Reserved Categories shall be made strictly based on academic merit and validity of respective reserved category certificates as the case may be No Under process certificate shall be accepted at any cost
4 The students shall be required to bring 12th Class marks card and reserved Categories certificate in Original at the time of pre-, counselling Admission,apart from the Xerox copies of the same
5 The college shall issue merit list on 22nd June 2022 tentatively . Only those students will given admission Who figure in the merit list and complete admission within the stipulated time
6 The applicants shall be required to make a choice of Major Subject in the order of preferences.The admission shall be offered in accordance with Preference Com Merit as submitted by the candidates in Pre Counselling Form in accordance with Preferences
7 After the applicants are provisionally selected for admission,they shall be required to submit University Registration Forms to be downloaded from Kashmir University Website
