ABOUT KASHMIR UNIVERSITY

The University of Jammu and Kashmir was founded in the year 1948. In the year 1969 it was bifurcated into two full-fledged Universities: University of Kashmir at Srinagar and University of Jammu at Jammu. The University of Kashmir is situated at Hazratbal in Srinagar. It is flanked by the world famous Dal Lake on its eastern side and Nigeen Lake on the western side.

This is for the information of all the HODs that the in-person teaching for BG 6th semester (Batch-2019) shall commence from 29 of August 2022. In this connection all the HODs/subject concerned are advised to complete the syllabus of BG 4th semester (Batch-2020) by or before 28 of August 2022 positively, as their semester exams are scheduled from 09 September 2022. Moreover, all the HODs/subject concerned are advised to complete the internal/tutorial exams of BG 4th semester before the commencement of their semester level exams. GDC Kulgam
